1)Reservations: To reserve any dates, 50% of the full amount due is required 7 days after booking approval. Full payment is required 30 days prior to stay. Bookings that are made within 30 days must be paid in full via PayPal and require a minimum of 48 hours advance notice. A $45 cleaning fee is required.2)Cancellations: All cancellations within 30-days of check-in may be subject to a 50% refund fee; all refunds will be charged a minimum of $20.00 and no refunds granted after check-in date. 3)Check in and out: Check in is after 3pm; Check out is before 11am. Occupancy is limited to 4 adults and 2 children unless otherwise agreed to.4)Cleaning: The house will be inspected and cleaned before and after your departure. The cleaning fee includes laundry service for all sheets, towels and blankets. Please leave the property in the same general condition that you received it by making sure that the house is generally picked up.5)Telephone: All domestic local and long distance calls are free. You must use a phone card to make non-domestic long distance phone calls.6)Supplies: The house is equipped as a furnished property that includes, but is not limited to, all sheets, towels, pillows and blankets. Also included are laundry supplies, paper and plastic products in a fully equipped kitchen. All food and drinks in the cupboards and fridge/freezer are also complimentary. 7)Tenants Liability: Tenant agrees to accept liability for any material damages caused to the house (other than general wear and tear) by tenant or tenant’s guests, including, but not limited to, landscaping, misuse of appliances, and/or furnished equipment. Tenant agrees to reimburse the owners for costs incurred to replace / repair damaged items.8)Hold Harmless: The owners do not assume any liability for loss, damage or injury to persons or their personal property.
