This stunning duplex loft style home has two separate sides that share a common patio. The two units can be rented separately or together to accomodate parties up to 12 people or 6 people in each side. Each side features a loft master suit that is visible from the living room area, a second enclosed bedroom with either twin beds or a queen and then the bottom floor is an open area with a bathroom and pullout sofa that sleeps 2. Enjoy the unobstructed view of the beach from your Master bedroom, decks or pool and hot tub area. If you to book Tropical Paradise, you are booking both sides. If you want only one side, please go back to the home page and book side B only. If you book one side, you will possibly be sharing the pool area with another group.

The hot tub is heated year round. The huge open pool areas however are not heated. Both sides offer wireless internet and plenty of big screen TVs for your entertainment. The house has two separate gourmet kitchens and two living rooms - one for each side. There is a single gas grill outside. There are three large malls within 30 minutes. Tropical Paradise is close to two International airports Tampa Interntaional and St. Pete/Clearwater, Busch Gardens and 90 minutes from Orlando Disney area.Only minutes away from the famous Salt Rock Grill which has been selected as one of the finest seafood restaurants in the USA. It is a ten minute car ride to Pier 60 in Clearwater.Other fun/fine dining establishments are close as well, the Lobster Pot, The Wine Cellar, Wahoo's dock side pub/Grill, Beach Pizza, Fort Knox Bar, and Shells Seafood are within walking distance away. Use the local trolley or drive to famous John's Pass minute away. Fish the Redington Pier walking distance. If you like to venture further, the major attractions of Disney, SeaWorld, Universal Studios and more, are only a 90 minute drive away. Major grocery and retail stores within a 5 minute drive.
