First floor is a separate suite with its own living room, kitchen and its own entrance to the pool. Second floor, formal dining room is to your left and the spacious living room to your right . The gourmet kitchen has an open serving bar with upgrade wood cabinets and granite countertops. Second floor finishes with a Queen bedroom and a bathroom. Third floor is the Master bedroom with a private bathroom, a Queen bedroom and the fourth bedroom which is a children’s room. Bedding consists of 1 king, 2 queens, bunk beds with an additional bed which comes out of the bottom bed, in three of the bedrooms there is a small bed for a child and pullout couch to comfortably sleep 14 guests. We also provide baby equipment and extra air mattresses if needed. The Master bedroom has access to a huge balcony which has amazing views of the pool and water. There is a balcony in each floor. Outside area features grill, patio tables, seating areas, private pool and hot tub, boat dock and great views of the water. Spectacular Water views and magnificent layout and furnishings.
